Plummer Bailor is the founder and CEO of Focused Engagement Coaching & Training, a multi-resource coaching and training solutions provider with a focus on helping individuals and organizations bridge the gap between their current reality, and their preferred future. 

An engaging speaker, leadership strategist, and coach, Plummer is known for his ability to help people identify the elusive blind spots that are preventing them from taking their careers (and their companies) to the next level. Drawing on a professional career that spans both the for profit and non-profit business worlds, Plummer has a unique gift for connecting with his audiences and ensuring they walk away with actionable strategies for positive change strengthening leadership skills, improving business relationships, and enhancing performance.

Plummer’s professional career began in the land of his birth, Sierra Leone, West Africa. His first job as a construction site foreman taught him quickly and painfully, that having the title of a leader did not necessarily mean people would do what you asked them to do. He credits this painful first experience in leadership as having created in him a renewed yearning for learning, and a passion for developing people.

Currently living in the United States, Plummer’s unique world view has allowed him to share his expertise in multiple countries across several continents, including Africa, South America, and in the United States of America. He holds a B.S. in Physics, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. He is also a licensed and ordained minister with the Foursquare Gospel Church headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
